Define Your Coaching Philosophy

[Total: 0    Average: 0/5]

An extremely provocative film for coaches. I am going to be honest, I am reviewing this film here because I want to know what other people think about the concepts it explores.

Should a coach push, and challenge those they lead without concern for anything other than performance? or is do they have a greater impact than the results they guide others to achieve?

These are the questions this film wrestles with and asks the viewer. For me, it was one of the most interesting, and thought provoking movies I have seen for some time.

If you are looking for a means to clarify your own coaching philosophy and really get to the core of what you believe to be important and essential in the role of the coach. Watch this film.

I would love to hear your opinion on what coaching is, and what it isn’t. Comment below to join the conversation!
